Roger is a highly respected, accomplished and successful Senior Leader with over 20 years’ commercial experience in Sales, General Management, Consulting and Executive Coaching in both listed and private companies. Roger achieved stellar results during this time. He has strong operational and strategic expertise and has made good use of the “battle scars” he has collected throughout his successful career.
Roger has led teams as large as 50 and understands the human complexity of teams, individuals and most of all, he knows how to get the best out of them. He has had the privilege of interviewing over 4000 people at all stages of career development across numerous industry’s. Roger understands the human element in the business context like no other.performance.
Roger undertakes research studies that focus on the human elements and organisational Culture with businesses, specifically focusing on the apparent disconnect between company strategy and people performance.
He is completing his Master of Business Coaching at the University of Wollongong (2018) this year, which is the world’s leading academic degree in the coaching field.
A true citizen of the world, Roger his lived and travelled all over the world. Spending his early years living in Malaysia (he was born there), Germany, Cyprus, England and America before settling in Australia which has been his home for the last 25 years.
